"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. "Your service provider came out and did not repair the leak and did not focus specifically on that issue or address the specific issue that I have notated in the work that needed to be done, but proceeded to try and sell me or replace the entire roof on my house and I am assuming that it is because the job that I wanted done was not profitable. The issue that concerns me the most is over the past week or more, I had a second inspection done on my roof and was told that there is not an issue with my current roof and it does not need to be replaced so I have moved on to using another person to fix the specific leak that I wanted repaired. The $199 that I spent was not a wise expenditure on my part and was my mistake. I would like for you to contact this provider and tell them that there is no need to contact me any further as I have decided to use another provider to fix the issue with my porch and there is no further conversation or discussion needed.
