"In June 2020 I submitted a request through Home Advisors to fix a failed retaining wall. My wife and I were nervous that the old wall could collapse on one of our young sons. We interviewed several hardscape and landscape companies and honestly many of them would be very slow to respond or did not have consistent pricing or detailed quotes.
