"Bill did the work; he took his time and pre-treated everything. After the sidewalks were pressure washed Bill re-treated the sidewalk again to ****** the return of any mold/mildew. Before cleaning, the sidewalk was just about black; after cleaning, the sidewalk were almost white! Everything was sanitized, cleaned, windows washed on the inside etc. Home has been vacant for several months. Lots of critters on window sills, cobwebs, dust etc. Very pleased with the results.
