Steve repaired a major crack in the shower bench, cleaned, polished, and re-grouted the well-used shower floor, prepared the space for a new glass shower installation, and polished and sealed the bathroom floor and marble countertop. I like that I am communicating with the owner himself and not a phone service. When I use Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning, the OWNER is cleaning my carpets/rugs. "The team arrived on the time promised, surveyed the rooms, gave us a list of concerns about what might not get clean in advance and wanted to know if we wanted to proceed. We did, as then noted note everything came clean, but the carpets were a mess. Overall we were please with how the carpets came out, even though several things didn't get totally clean (an ink stain and a rust stain). All the furniture was moved and plastic protectors were put down to protect the legs. The hardwoods can out very nice, all the built up wax and cleaner was removed down to the original shine. <br /> The service appointment was set up on line, we had a confirmation call of the appointment a few days later (might have been the next business day, don't totally recall), the also called to confirm a few days prior to the appointment. The estimate online did not show an Angies Member discount, but when it was mentions upon their arrival, they did give us the discount. <br /> Overall given the shape the carpets were in, we were pleased with their work. <br /> Given the on line reservation system, I'm not sure which office actually serviced our location, but I'm fairly sure it was an office closer to Collegeville than Philadelphia... <br />"

"Did a great job removing the existing ceramic tiles from my basement kitchen concrete floor, leveling it and installing luxury vinyl floor planking. Also removed carpet from my family room, a bedroom and pantry and installed luxury vinyl floor planking. They completed the work in 4 days. Total square footage of flooring 1,100 square feet. The new flooring looks amazing!"
