The contractors were very professional and pleasant to work with , despite the additional work and pressure to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't had as much confidence in a contractor since our roofing and siding was done. Sadly, that gentleman has retired. We plan on having Mike do the finish coat on the entire house in the spring. It is such a relief to know our house is in such good hands."

"Tom was doing work down the street when I first introduced myself to him. He was doing stucco repair work, waterproofing, and painting. Everyone in the neighborhood was talking about what a great job he was doing, and the homeowner was raving about him as well. We have a 30-year-old 4-sided stucco house and were 1) concerned about potential water damage and 2) in need of minor repairs and touch-ups. We spent a tremendous amount of time with Tom, explaining everything, making recommendations and suggestions, listening to our ideas as well as concerns, etc. It was obvious that he knew his stuff. Tom has been in this business for many years, as this is a multi-generational company with an excellent reputation. We ended up having our entire house waterproofed, with some minor repairs, and then completely painted. It looks like a brand new house! We never felt pressured and always felt informed. Tom and his crew were not only thorough in the job they set out to complete for us, but also took it upon themselves to take care of some extras that were not part of the estimate or plan. Tom made sure he sealed anything and everything that he could; he seemed to go over every inch of our exterior, checking for problems, then repairing, cleaning, or sprucing up where needed. Tom went above and beyond and was extremely easy to work with. "My chimney looks brand new again.  I initially called Bob Cowan on a Saturday morning at 7:00 am to ask him to look at my chimney to give me an estimate.  It is 26 years old and was cracked and deteriorated.  He answered my call and told me he would be out within the next couple of days to look at it. Bob came the next day (Sunday afternoon) looked at it and gave me his price. I called him later that week and offered him the job after getting four other estimates. He said that he would call me back when he got back to his office to see when we could schedule the job. He called me back as promised and gave me the start date. Weather prevented him from starting the job when scheduled but he stayed in touch with me and started after the inclement weather passed.  Bob personally did much of the work on my chimney and also had helpers.  The final coat of stucco needed to match the color of the stucco on my house which is in very nice condition but the color is faded since my house is 26 years old.  Bob matched it perfectly.  I love the outcome and final look of my chimney.  My only hope is that it won't crack and deteriorate again.  Bob assured me that it won't and he said that he stands by all of his work.  Bob seems to be a good man with a strong work ethic who is an expert in his field."

"Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."

"I emailed the company (website linked from Angie's List). Luis called me the same day and showed up to estimate the job the next day. A week later we met with the color consultant Joy. 100.00 very well spent. Four days later (Tues.) 2 men started removing wallpaper, prepped the BR and repaired where needed and one worked on the LR/DR from 9:30-4:30. Wed they covered the kitchen cabinets and worked on the LR/DR while one continued on the BR. Thur. men did not show up until 10:40, but everything was painted. Fri morning was finishing, inspection and payment. Men were very agreeable to any little place we wanted repaired or touched-up."

John does great work and has the experience and correct tools to properly sand the new spackle w out getting any drywall dust in the air. - He used a large specialty sanding disc w a shop vac connected to it. Which was a very fast and clean way to get the work done. - Credit should be given to any craftsman who invests in the right equipment for the job. As well as being able to do the drywall repairs AND paint. It's was not easy to find someone to do both. He supplied the paint. It was a perfect match using new paint made up w the old Sherman Williams color code. I would recommend hiring Dominic's Painting for any drywall repair, painting and/or skim coating."
