Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. "They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"The work crew arrived on time, and, over approximately 3 days, removed the old roof, replaced damaged decking, replaced flashing, and put down deck felt, and repaired a damaged soffit.  The new roofing was the style and color I requested.  What I was equally impressed with was the clean up!

"I,E.L.Sivels Capital Llc, stand firm, project move at a steady pace, but there was a few items that I was concerned about, the offset in the front of the roof pitch, wind prone shingles dangling at the corners, nails that was use as support was nail to the top layer of the shingles, expose wood that is subject to weather that should have been felt or flash. I have made several attempts in good faith reaching out, to get the problem solved.In all fairness he does call and response verbally to my concerns, but the conversation never leads to resolving the said problems that I am concern with."

"Our project was gutter replacement (that option wasn't presented on the site). Customer service was great. After our initial phone call, Garrett came out the next day and provided a quote. Our new gutters were installed the next week. The installation team did a great job. The gutters were installed in 2 days. Communication was great. Clean up afterward was great. They definitely met expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend or refer and will definitely use their services again when needed."
