"I went with Pro Power Exteriors because they didn't pressure us to use our insurance like all the other companies. When we did the initial assessment and signing, they agreed to also fix a gutter drain on the 1st floor of my home and a post walk around would be done with Pro. They assured us their roofing team was in house and certified. We got a contracted team that drove over my lawn and left roof pieces around my house. They also somehow popped the soffit out of the 2nd floor under roofing. I have politely called and asked for 3 months for Pro to fix the mistake and honor the gutter and walkabout before paying. Brad called us and said we had to pay ignoring our agreements. He 'promised' to come fix the mistakes himself and never did. One of my last calls was answered by a lady who talked fast over me assuring work will get done. Now their phone goes to the vm of 'vm', their website is gone, and the sales rep too. They faked a company and took advantage of the spring storms."
