"Suping and Yang spent time with our family and developed three tree house concepts based on our family values and interests. They visited the site to take pictures, make sketches and collect our ideas about the project. After a few short weeks, they returned to our home to present their design with a multi-media presentation in our living room. The design encompassed both exterior and interior details. There were three very different configurations presented. Each option was complete with exterior finish examples, discussions of materials and ways that the option could be tailored. They presented fully rendered graphics on the exterior and then interior for each of the three options. The graphics were professional compilations of the pictures, sketches and their model of the tree house. Multiple perspectives were shown for each option. We could not have been happier with the work that Yang and Suping did for this tree house design. Their thoughtfulness in the design was impressive. Each option had a direct link to our family values and/or frequent activities. They also performed in-depth research on several aspects of the tree house that we never even considered such as prevailing winds, sun exposure and accessibility. All in all this was an extremely professional and thorough job."

"This review is for work completed ~3 months ago and is cross posted with Google. We wanted to have a set of built-in bookcase shelves installed in the living room. After discussing the project with multiple contractors we selected CI Cabinetry. The professionalism and friendliness of the owner, Jimmy, gave us great confidence in his ability to carry out the project. Jimmy did an excellent job of converting our ideas into a finished design. He used quality products from Bishop Cabinets in the design. His initial estimate and final pricing were excellant and spot on. I'm really picky about fit & finish and Jimmy built a beautiful set of bookcases. There were a couple of simple finish items that he could have implemented to make this a 5* project. In Jimmy's defense, I didn't bring these items to his attention. They are not callback or warranty type issues. My 4* rating is really more like 4.75. Overall, I highly recommend Jimmy for your similar project. You won't be disappointed."

"Deborah is a skilled interior designer who clearly has a great eye for what does, and does not, work (believe me, I am an engineer, I need all the help I can get). Furthermore most of the re-decorating went well. Unfortunately she has contractors who subscribe more to "getting it over and done" rather than getting it done right. I had my entire house painted from top to bottom. The colors were awesome. Unfortunately, Deborah was out of town at completion and therefore I returned to see the details that they had omitted. Trim was painted with a roller, furniture/walls had been damaged, paint was spilled, and some areas of the job had only a single coat and visibly lacked complete coverage. Deborah, who was professional saw to it that it was re-finished appropriately. However, I then had new blinds installed only to discover that the painters had not even removed the old blinds (which consisted of removing an easy bracket and removal) the trim was not painted underneath. Deborah again had the painter come back in a hurry and fix it... she also upgraded the paint, so not bad. However, she spent more time trying to excuse the lack of workmanship than just admitting fault and making it right. I then had some plumbing that was completed by her plumber. Less than 3 months later, a newly installed drain-pipe failed. Inspection suggested that it was over-tightened. Deborah had the plumber return and install a replacement... although instead of the original brushed nickel drain, the plumber installed a chrome non-matching drain and then hand-sanded the chrome to try and pass it off as brushed nickel. I complained, and the original replacement was ordered by Deborah. When it arrived, seeing as how simple the installation was, I decided to do it myself. When I tried to remove the sanded-chrome drain it was so ridiculously tight I had to use a ridiculous amount of force to break it free.... I'm guessing the same install caused the original to fail. In both cases, while Deborah did get things fixed, she has a real issue with actually acknowledging that the work her contractors do is less than stellar. She would be so much better if she found herself some real talent instead of taking the stance that her contractors have never had problems in the past and that maybe I should find one on my own. I was going to do a 2nd phase but decided to stop (phase 1 was ~$17k, second phase was going to be similar if not a little more)."

"Tria and her staff are awesome! I was so overwhelmed by the clutter and disorganization in several rooms in my home. This was making me really stressed and took a toll on me mentally and emotionally. Tria is God sent. She is kind, patient, understanding and hard working. She and her staff took all the worrying and stress away. They go above and beyond in my opinion of their job description. IOS is Awesome! If you want quality work this is the company to call. Also, the cost for their services are very reasonable. If you've got a project you just dread tackling, I highly recommend you give her a try. You won't be disappointed!! I will most definitely refer IOS to family and friends and will definitely use them in the future for all of my needs."

"We had a wonderful experience with Closets of Virginia. We were looking to transform a small nook in the playroom into storage but didn't know exactly what we wanted. Steven came for the consultation, I told him what our needs were, and he had great ideas on what could and could not be done with the space. I trusted his expertise on dimensions and they ended up being perfect. I love that the shelves are adjustable so you don't feel like you are locked into a permanent decision. He gave us our quote very quickly and he was very responsive whenever we reached out. Zack, the installer was extremely professional and had great attention to detail. He noticed that one of the pieces would end up leaving a bit of a gap due to our walls being uneven. He had a new piece cut to be picked up and still completed the job promptly. Would highly recommend working with Closets of Virginia!"
