"We hired Thompson Remodeling to gut renovate 2 apt units we purchased in 2019. The entire project had to be done via phone and email as we live in NY and the projects were in Vero Beach, Fla. Todd was very patient with us and walked us through the entire process.. Job came in on time, beautifully done, and on budget.. we have just signed on with Thompson for another gut reno project which will begin in May, 2021. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. He spoke with me to determine the best course of action for a major kitchen repair. He presented numerous options that I hadn't thought of. We agreed on a plan and a price and he began work almost immediately. Every phase of the project went smoothly. He constantly check and double-checked to ensure everything was exactly as planned and to my satisfaction. He brought up options throughout the project as they came up and always kept all work and storage areas clean and organized.
