Sassan made excellent recommendations, with regard to the proper size roof vent for my dryer ( which was to small on the existing roof ) to the solar powered attic vent. All materials used were high quality., including the replacement of the gutters. All screen was rplaced in both patios. Replaced front patio door with upgraded screen door. On rear patio, insulation was installed in kick panels and new kick panels installed on inner walls. Installed insulation on existion ceiling and added new patio roof. Installed new tinted vinyl sliding windows. The windows have 4 individual panels which slide vertically and can be positioned all up, all down, or inbetween. Also replace all door hardware on both patios.

Mr Oates was easy to work with, and his many offered suggestions have been spot on. The work went very well, and was completed on time.
