"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

Tony was awesome and got his tech Cory out the same day to take a look at my dryer. Parts were ordered and were to arrive on Friday August 30th. Well Hurricane Dorian came and postponed the repair but Cory called me on Tuesday and came out to replace the heating element. They either scratched one or found one and gave it to us at the scratch and dent price. They were just great. They delivered it. They delivered the wrong hookups and they immediately drove to a hardware store and didn't charge us. It took about 3 hours from start to finish. They were not just friendly; they were neighborly. We would use them again."
