I called (Wed) and they were able to set an appointment for me the next time they were in my area (following Mon). He offered the option to repair the leak by jack hammering into my foundation and repairing the copper line (which would have created a huge mess and also required me to replace the hardwood flooring). He also suggested a less intrusive option of rerouting the water line through the attic and capping off the copper pipe which appeared corroded. He offered a fair price for a day's work for either option. I opted for rerouting. <br /> The following day (Monday) Sean and his two sons arrived on time and methodically / diligemtly completed the repair. Sean and his sons were easy to communicate with as they took the time to answer any question I had about the process.
