"McDonough's is my go-to for any drain problems!  The guys who came were very professional, helpful and all around great.  They worked a tough clog out of the drain line coming from the laundry room, then checked the main sewer line from the house and did some preventative clearing on some roots (the house has a history of roots clogging the main line and McDonough's has cleared it twice already, which the guys knew so they checked while they were already there and had the equipment ready).  The work was well done, they replaced some aging parts proactively, and they cleaned everything up like they had never been there.  Fantastic! <br />"

More importantly, Dean's replaced my electrical breaker box and all of the breakers and added a main shut off in the box so I don't have to run downstairs to the electric meter room to completely shut off my electricity. It wasn't cheap but well worth it. They also added a separate circuit and breaker for my bidet which was tripping the breaker hallway through the cycle, leaving me fumbling in the dark looking for my flashlight. "Eric came in and discussed the problem then set to work. He cleaned out the backed up sewage then worked on cleaning out the line with his power snake. When he couldn't get the snake down further he brought in his camera to do a visual inspection and explained as he went. He got it all flowing though. He also went above and beyond initially by helping locate and access the clean out trap. He was on time, professional, pleasant, answered questions and cleaned up after himself. He charged me the standard sewer cleaning fee even though it took him a bit longer to confirm that the issue was resolved. I was very impressed and happy with the experience."
