"I was satisfied. It was a very brief very and a short issue but they were good to work with. We were getting ready to sell the house, the buyer had an issue with the water pressure, and it was during the bitter cold time when everyone's water pipes were bursting. We had them scheduled to come and look at the water pressure but they didn't show up. When we called they said they would come a little late, we said that's fine because we knew there were lot of burst water pipes and ours was not nearly severe. However, they didn't call and when they didn't show up, I called their office and there was somebody there after hours. They didn't take my call but they immediately called my husband and apologized for not getting back with him and told him that it would be later. They did show up two hours later, they didn't call us to tell us they were going to but they said the technician was not told to be called. He stayed until all my questions were answered. He was very proficient and he was very professional. Even though it was cold and he had been in cold water all day, he was very good and I was very pleased. It only cost me $50 even though he showed up after hours so that was good. He was sitting in cold basements the whole day, so he was having a miserable day and he still came and did my call so I was very happy."

"Professional service person--timely, very nice, etc. We had a flusher that would not work. He recommended that we replace the whole inside of our toilet pre-emptively. He did that right away, found a matching flusher, and even cleaned the mildew behind our tank, which was very nice. However, the flusher still doesn't work! We have to hold it down forever, just to maintain the flush. It was expensive and we were left with the same problem. No doubt the inside of the toilet is fine, and I'm sure they have some kind of satisfaction guarantee. But it's a hassle to reschedule, etc.

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
