"11/04/18 I am changing this review. One of the things they did was cut off the bottom of the sliding door so it would slide easier. The work was done in August. I didn't notice until fall / winter, there was no weather striping and the wind was blowing in, actually snow was blowing in. I had to have a new sliding door installed which I did 2/22/18. I never did hear back from them about the balances for the double-hung windows. Very prompt service. I contacted them Tuesday, August 22, 2017, the sliding door was repaired the following Monday. Alex explained the repair (it needed a new track) and why it was needed. The double hung window needs new balances, Alex is checking into the part. I was very happy with their work and will recommend them to anyone who needs a sliding door repaired. I had contacted 3 other companies. One said it couldn't be fixed, buy a new door; one didn't respond; and one was to busy to handle the repair now. I am thankful Sliding Door Repair Service was able to help me. They did such an excellent job!"

"Tom was punctual and professional and did a great job on all the locks.  I would absolutely hire him again.  Most of the cost was the price of the new deadbolt ($60) that was the same brand as the one already in my door, which he told me about beforehand. "We called Tom who answered right away. Tom arrived on time. Tom is a wizard with broken locks. We could not get our closet door open because the lock latch was stuck. The lock screws were on the other side of the locked door, so we could not unscrew and remove the door knob and lock. Tom used his tools to slide the broken latch. The door opened. We did not have to replace the door knob because Tom fixed the latch part. The door knob and lock works good as new. The door knob and lock was 65 years old!"

"I scheduled and initial appointment and they were very busy and it was a few days away.  I asked if something would open up if they could call and come earlier, please do.   Well, they did, and ended up coming that day.  It was great.   The locksmith who showed up was very professional and a nice guy.    He went out of his way to make sure every lock or door he worked on was in good working order.  Even if I did not point out a problem.    One of the doors had an issue he did not have a part for, so he came back a few days later to fix the problem and did not charge for the visit, just the part.   I am very pleased.   So much so, I went to their store to get extra keys made, just to support their business.     I would use them again in a heart beat.  <br />   <br />"
