Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. "Ryan will not return my phone calls and texts about fixing my under cabinet light. It stopped working about 6 months after installation. Our new window broke right away - Ryan said he will call Andersen then nothing. Our granite countertop chipped right away - Ryan said he will call Beatrice then nothing. Came and fixed chipped grout in the kitchen but used a different color grout (didn't ask if I was ok with it before installing). Worker broke our reverse osmosis unit - took two years to get them back on site to install replacement. Left pile of pavers, dirt, debris in our backyard for two years and had to hound them to get them to remove. Will not stand by their work or come back to fix unless you chase them down. The undercab lights, still not fixed. Ryan does not return my phone calls or texts even though he said he has the part coming in and he will send someone to install - then did not follow up to set up a time. Would have rehired for bathroom remodel if he would have been responsible about the work he has done but will not hire again. He can blame his workers who are not with him anymore, but that is not an excuse. The light needs fixing so you can come back and fix it."
