"First, it turned out that the shut off valves were not working and I was told that they would need to be replaced - and the water in the Condo would have to be turned off (affecting 36 units). The work was then scheduled for the next day so notice could be given. We thought two hours would be enough. Turned out that the supply water pipe was so bad (old) that a new shut off valve could not be threaded on the bad pipe - After trying everything it ended up that the ceiling in the unit below needed to be opened to replace a piece of the supply pipe. Water was off for more than 4 hours but after the headache from others about it, everything went fine. Toilets installed, bathrooms cleaned up, downstairs cleaned up. Mike Miller was great. Easy to work with - went to his truck more times than i can count to get tools and supplies but was able to complete the work having everything he needed even when unexpected problems presented themselves. My only complaint is the cost. The scheduling was easy, the communication great, a picture in information about the technician was sent in advance. Mike wore shoe coverings and a mask. WyattWorks was the first to reply to a general inquiry to Angies list for plumbing work and as able to come when I was available. That’s why they got the job despite the price being higher than expected and probably higher than competitors. But the work was good, the staff was capable, and I am satisfied."

"Did a good job installing my celing fan"

Hello! I am a 25 year old father who has some extra time on his hands often and doesn’t mind helping you out with your housework!

"Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."

"Excellent, He checked the house inside and out. All the way around the outside, the roof, and in the attic as well. He verified that every outlet and switch was functioning properly, as well as checked that the plumbing was in proper working order. This is my first home, so his tips and advice on what to watch for and what precautions to take saved us a lot of trouble in the time following our purchase. He found a few issues like our bedroom window and the soffit in the rear of the house, but rather than just listing the issues and leaving he stayed until he made sure we understood the cost to repair them, where we could get materials and supplies, and how involved the repairs needed were. I would and have recommended him to others for home inspections and have not regretted it. He went above and beyond for us and i'm sure he will for you as well."

"What a great experience! This was my third move, first time using a moving company, and I can't believe the difference in my stress level. Everyone I spoke with at the company was friendly and well informed. Dee Shaun and Rob were excellent - friendly, professional, and so fast!! Arrived right on time, gave me a time estimate, and stayed within that timeframe. No items damaged or lost, they even made multiple pre-planned stops for me to distribute items to a storage unit and another family member. Will DEFINITELY use again, highly recommend!!"

"The caulk around some (most) of our house windows was dry and cracking. Jaime re-caulked the windows for us. We have had him do work for us before, and as usual he did a great job."

"All went according to plan. Krokey Home Services was responsive and reasonably priced. They showed up and installed the floor when other companies gave us the runaround."

"They were polite and meticulous. I wish I had more work for them to do! They installed two new appliances for me and also fixed a valve they noticed was leaking. Would definitely hire again."

"Installation was very complicated - tight space under the sink, water filtration system, instant hot system, garbage disposal. Had a three drain system and converted to two."
