"It went okay, except he said there was a part missing and there ended up not being. When I went to try and get a replacement part, they informed me that the part was not missing or broken, so I went home and installed it the rest of the way myself. He did probably 80 percent of the job, but I ended up having to do some of it, which kind of defeats the purpose of paying someone. Let him know and he said he would make it right when he came out here next. Been 3 months since June 4, still haven't heard from him. Would like to use him again and give him another chance, but has not kept to his word."
