"A little hard to rate a company when we've had two days of services in three days and the experiences were drastically different. We had a phenomenal crew today. Gina, James and Li'i are the BEST! This is a sensitive issue as my clients flew back on island after over a decade to close out their parent's estate. Limited to less than a few days on island, clearing the home was their only priority. Gina, James and Li'i were sensitive to the situation, compassionate, respectful and incredibly efficient. Our last crew wasted so much space in the trucks, charged for full truck loads, and quite honestly, unprofessional as they rummaged through my client's belongings. Gina, James and Li'i were able to clear out 3x the amount of items in the house than the last crew in the same amount of time. The only reasons I'm leaving stars off this review is because of all the incessant calls team lead was receiving and overall response from management and other teams. They were over booked. Disgruntled customers were constantly calling. With proper scheduling, Gina could have been focusing on the job rather than wasting time trying to put out fires. I have to say, hearing her speak to these angry customers on the phone, she was understanding, kind and professional. Takes a special person to calmly speak to someone professionally as they're yelling at you. Kudos to Gina! After almost eight long hours with us, they had to do 4 more jobs. Had more staff been available, as well as another truck, maybe not quadruple booking the same timeframe, maybe our job may have been further along. Needless to say, we don't blame our crew for the issues. They really were the saving grace for the day. I just wish we not only had this crew the first day but could request them for any future services. Shoot if this crew was there the first day, I have no doubt the full job could have been done by today. This team was great and if you insist on using this company's services, request these folks. They'll take care of you. Our previous teams and following services would have gotten negative star ratings overall."

"Garth and the crew were so awesome. I owned a moving and storage company years ago so I have pretty high standards. The three men who moved our household goods were extremely careful, strong, paid attention to detail and placed boxes in rooms as designated on the boxes. Not one piece of furniture was damaged and no broken dishes found in any boxes. I seriously had 80 boxes (that I packed) and we've just unpacked them all and not one box was in the wrong room. That's serious attention to detail. <br /> Total professional group of guys!! <br /> I've already referred two friends to call them for their moves. <br />"

"They are the best! There are 43 steps to the house and the young men did everything quickly, efficiently and with a smile. They are very pleasant to work with. I am renovating an old house that was built in 1942, so far they have removed stuff from under the house, in the house and will be back again for a third (probably more) time to remove the rotten termite eaten wood and everything the General Contractor has removed from the house. Amazing work!!!"

"The best part of Kealli's service is the quality of the work. He was highly recommended by the company who sold me the tiles. He is also extremely personable and professional. He called every time he said he would and completed the job, with an associate, in one day. He drew up a reasonable contract and estimate. "Everything went very well with them.  The hardest part was that we had a 21 day close for the new house which is fast and we had to wait for over a week to get the person who comes to the house to give an appraisal before we could get on their schedule.  So if you plan to use them I suggest allowing plenty of time for the process.   <br /> Once we got our move date I actually had to change it due to a work conflict...they were very helpful with changing the date...they even called me and offered me an earlier date if I wanted it.   Kahea was very helpful and had great follow up. <br />  On move day they were on time and fast.  The only minor issue was they didnt protect the feet of our sofa when they wrapped it....as they put the sofa in the truck on its side and pushed it in the wooden feet got all scraped up and it is very noticeable...it looks like a dog chewed the feet.  They should have been more careful about wrapping the feet of the sofa also.   That was the only damage which isnt tragic at all....some wood putty should fix the scratches.  We had our boxes color coded as to which room they went into....colored post it notes were taped to the boxes......then we taped signs on each door to show which color should go into that room......they were very good about putting the boxes in the correct room. <br /> The entire experience went really welll and I would highly recommend them. <br />"
