He took my old heater (which was 35 years old and very heavy I’m sure) with him and the whole installation was a nonevent for me. "Jon found the problem right away, explained how it happened, repaired the pipe and replaced the outside faucet. I had him replace a second outside faucet as well. He noted a small leak on the water heater, and after we discussed the age of the water heater, I had him replace the hot water heater and an older valve on the water meter. He completed everything in a shorter time than I expected. Before he left, showed me the controls on the new water heater and how to re-light the pilot if it ever went out. Jon was friendly, professional, and explained exactly what was needed. After he replaced the damaged pipes, the area where the pipes were was simplified, neater, and easier to access than it had been before. Although I did not plan on having all this work done now, I was confident in his assessment (he had done a previous big plumbing job for me) and I am sure this preventive maintenance headed off a future problem."

"I had Service Today! complete two separate projects for me. First, I had an ice dam fall on my A/C condenser last winter and needed repair/replacement for an insurance claim. Second, I replaced my old water heater and boiler with a new combined tankless boiler & water heater unit. This involved complete repiping in the basement since I was also moving the mechanicals as part of a basement renovation. It was a large and complicated project, and ServiceToday! was awesome. They showed up exactly on time.  They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.  They were in an out in less than .5 hours.  They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.  A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.  It has been three months and all is great.  It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.
