I did have one question which was the holes they drilled to raise the areas are quite dark and I was it sure if they would “cure” to a lighter color or not. Greg was quick to respond to my question with a “usually they do”. They also caulked the gaps."

"Drew was great. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. After our first appointment, he gave me a very detailed, itemized estimate of the work he recommended to fully waterproof my basement (sidewalk and french drain on one side, regrading the other). In total it was more than I wanted to spend right now, so I opted for just the sidewalk. He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly. His crew was prompt, professional, and fast. They did the demo and had the framing up in less than a full day, and poured the concrete the following morning and were done by lunch. It looks fantastic and is keeping that side of my basement dry. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend this company. <br />"

We also had them give us a bid on a new side walk and back patio and they were willing to break the bid down into sections so we could determine what of the items we wanted to do now, or what we wanted to put off to the future. "I had the pleasure of working with the Weld & Sons team which was a great experience. From the start, with the first call with Sarah to schedule the quote with Don who I originally discussed only the plumbing. After I got to talking with Don, he mentioned that Weld & Sons could do everything for my project and ended up quoting everything except the tiling and electric (I had already contracted those). It was an easy decision to go with them at this point as a one stop shop. From that point, my main point of contact was Tiffany who was always fast to respond, find a solution, and a pleasure to work with - not to mention did great managing all the schedules. Russ did the demo and all the finish work - performing a high quality job to surpass all expectations. The plumbing rough-ins and plumbing fixtures were all installed to expectations. I always felt comfortable with their team in my home and they showed up for all scheduled work. We had one minor issue with the drain install due to the condo concrete floor that we had to work through. The fix was a little more expensive than I hoped but they were quick to find a solution to keep the project moving and I was happy with the end result. Overall, I would highly recommend Weld & Sons and they will definitely be my first call for any plumbing / remodeling needs! Thanks for the hard work!"

"It went great. Justin (the owner) sent out Jake and Kyle to do a patch job for free and had started to do it when we talked with them about their opinions about the job. They said they would do the job for free, but it might look a bit patchy when complete as it would be difficult to match the previous epoxy color. They talked us into redoing the entire floor for a small part of the actual cost. Jake and Kyle were extremely friendly and professional. Plus, they did a great job. The job site was extremely clean. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"Work was performed as expected in a timely manner and the floor looked great when the job was completed, but now two years later when we are having an issue with a crack in the floor, we are unable to get any response from the company. We have tried multiple phone calls and e-mails over a number of months without success. I am very disappointed that they are unwilling to provide customer support and assess what we might need to do to keep our garage floor from further damage."
