"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Price was ridiculous for work that was actually done - I will take the heat on this one as we did not do the initial request correctly. We should have gotten a better quote but we did not really know what was actually needed"

"Very pleased with response time. All repairs explained and done professionally. I would recommend and use again."

"I called in the morning and Chris came out in the afternoon, when I was available. He explained and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have a new water heater on his truck so Tim came about 45 mins. to bring one. Installation was fast and Chris was very professional. They will be the first ones I call if I have any other issues."

"Pedro was fantastic! Very polite, punctual and provided exceptional service. Not only did he fix everything I asked - he took the time to teach me how I could do the repairs myself. I’m glad that I found a plumber that I can trust. And I will recommend him to my neighbors!"

"Has been out to fix hot water heater and each time it was not fixed but different reason the water was not hot. Water is still not hot. Will be calling T.V station to help with reults."

"Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot a very awkward water heater installation. He was pleasant, tidy, and thorough."

"Very satisfied with the outcome. The house was not occupied while this work was being done, so I was not present during much of the work to observe the installation of system & ductwork, but it worked beautifully once we moved in and began to use it, a turnkey experience. Twice since then we've had questions (e.g., Can we move the ductwork in one part of the attic to accommodate new attic stairs?), and both times they were very responsive and came out at no charge to me, despite the fact that the work was done over a year ago. I've interacted with both Mike (the owner) and with one of his technicians, and have been very satisfied with the level of customer care I've received. I will use them in the future for our heating & A/C needs.

"the job I needed is too small and too expensive for them at this time. but they were very nice and should I need repairs of a larger nature I may contact them"
