"Ben came and listened carefully to our wants and needs. He measured and showed us products. Then gave us a thorough quote. We were able to book quickly. On installation day 2 gentlemen arrived in the time frame given. Rodrigo was the lead installer. He went over all the details before starting and then they got to work. They worked diligently and completed the job in a day. The job included taking up and hauling away the old flooring. Also moving the big furniture and put down luxury vinyl plank in a large family room. The floor looks beautiful. Throughout the project our project manager Nora kept in contact to be sure all was going well and that we were pleased. After finished Rodrigo did a walk through with me and we went through a checklist to insure I was satisfied before he left. Should we need any flooring in the future I know who we will go to and I hope I have the pleasure of working with Ben and Rodrigo."

"We had 2 small bathroom floors replaced. Unfortunately the installers did not replace the wax ring when replacing the toilet. Water was flowing under the floors because of this. They were kind enough to come back with a kit from Lowe’s the same night and fixed their mistake. If you hire them to replace bathrooms floors make sure you purchase a wax ring and they replace it. According to the installers they are not provided with them! Besides that hiccup, everything was great. I love our floors and I cannot wait to get the rest of my house done in them."

"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."
