"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and quoted me exactly what we discussed. Cape Fear Heating and Air is now my first call whenever I need help."

"I am grateful to have found Out the Door Plumbing and recommend them highly. Zack and Hutch operated in such a professional manner, stepping in after a botched assessment by another plumbing company that left the problem untreated for several days. Not only did they clearly know their business, they performed several tests and their diagnosis was spot on. There actually were two issues, the less obvious one being the cause of the water leakage. Thank goodness they figured it out. They were thorough in not only completing their job impeccably, but also putting me in touch with other top-notch professionals for the next phase of the project. You canâ t go wrong with them!"

"Pedro came and fixed my outdoor hose bib that was leaking. He came the next day, fixed it quickly, and thought me how to do it myself. All at an amazing low price. He even did another small job for free. There isn’t a better plumber in Raleigh, I’d recommend him for any plumbing work."

"I called in the morning and Chris came out in the afternoon, when I was available. He explained and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have a new water heater on his truck so Tim came about 45 mins. to bring one. Installation was fast and Chris was very professional. They will be the first ones I call if I have any other issues."

"Excellent, prompt, courteous and professional service all the way from initial contact from ARS quickly reaching out to me to set up an appointment to the work done by their technician. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and proved to be very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. He quickly identified the problem with my water heater and had it fixed in a short amount of time. I am very impressed with ARS and will use their services again in the future for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend ARS."

"Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot a very awkward water heater installation. He was pleasant, tidy, and thorough."

"Good work replacing furnace, hvac and ductwork. Did not complete job in the time frame promised, but did bring heaters over and provide a gift card to a steakhouse for the inconvenience. I have found them difficult to reach to schedule included service that was included with my purchase."

"the job I needed is too small and too expensive for them at this time. but they were very nice and should I need repairs of a larger nature I may contact them"
