"Our fridge decided to stop freezing and cooling things on a Friday night. I called Joe on Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon and repaired it. The same day service saved the contents of our fridge. Not only did he replace the broken part but also thoroughly cleaned out all the machinery inside the fridge and the entire area around it in the kitchen. Joe figured out a way to prove to tenant that heating system was in fact working. He is clever, responsive, and keeps his word. He always goes above and beyond. His pricing is also extremely fair. As far as the granite counter goes, I was able to save $500 off what I was quoted from somewhere else because Joe has relationships with other contractors and was able to save me money on the materials.
