I initially reached out to him 3 months before I actually intended to do the work, and he was still very gracious with his time and provided some great recommendations. When we decided to move forward he and his team were prompt, professional, and hit the tight deadline I had put them under. I was doing multiple projects at the property that week but Eddie made sure everything was completed exactly how we wanted. Oh, and the floors look great! Lou was careful to keep his work area very clean, cleaned up after himself daily and protected my other living areas by sheeting off the rooms he was refinishing. The final finish is so beautiful, with four coats of satin urethane, I think they look better than the factory finish.
