"George helped me with finishing a 203(k) after my first contractor abandoned the project. George had to do a bunch of different projects to finish off the rehab. for those familiar with 203(k) getting the cash can be difficult. we also ran into problems with the historic district causing George to have to do extra work to find a suitable window. Aside from the windows, George built a new bathroom after I had gutted the old. As well he had to do installation of fixtures in two other bathrooms and some plumbing repair of the main water and drain lines. As well there were some other small projects that needed completion.
