"Our microwave stopped heating and we called Service Engineering to repair. They came out promptly, ordered the part and returned upon receipt and fixed it. The LG repairman would not come make repairs unless we pulled the wall oven/microwave combo from wall so he could work on it. We thought that was absurd given the fact that the combined unit weighs too much for us to maneuver. Serhii and his son were able to pull the unit out, make repairs and reinstall it without any issues. Hard-working, super polite, and fair price wins our business!"

"To be clear on what I am being asked to rate .... Choice is asking me to rate the repair service man that showed up to repair - NOT their warranty service itself. These are two different things. I rate the repair man - high. The warranty company itself - ONE STAR. See they advertise this great warrantee .... but when you go to use it ..... in all the fine print .... they write themselves out of responsibility to take care of your problem so BE CAUTIOUS when choosing to purchase this warranty. I have had this warranty for two years ... never needed it. Then my microwave goes on the blink. Took three weeks to get a repair man to my house and a resolution which ended in basically a non- resolution. They opted to replace vs. repair .... somehow figured my microwave was 10 years old - which is a joke and in the wind gave me $191 to replace it - and this is after I paid the $65 service fee. This is for replacement and installation. See in item #9 of the contract it states they ARE responsible for ALL components (excepts handles, door glass, etc). BUT ... then in #16 it states they do not have to repair ... they can opt to offer replacement costs (THEIR supposed costs - which is NOT retail) so for my $319 microwave +$110 installation it is costing me to replace - They OPTED to give me $$191 minus my $65 service fee ..... which ends up being $123. This is a bunch of ********. They know it and I know it. SO .... if this is how they do on a microwave .... I can ONLY imaging what they will do on something big. So ..... I have zero confidence in this company at this point and as soon as this claim settles out - I receive my whopping $191 ... I plan to cancel this warranty and go with another home warranty company. Maybe they will appreciate my business because this one sure did not. They proved that on this small claim. I do t trust them to risk it if there happened to be a larger claim. Horrible is all I can say."

"1. Mr. Perez arrived on time 2. Surveyed the interior door to be replaced with the new door that I purchased. 3. He measured the old door to make the approximate locations for the hinges to be placed on the new door. 4. He installed the new door on the hinges. Then checked for alignment with the door frame. He took the new door off the hinges to plain down the door so, the new door fit without rubbing and binding to the door frame. 5. After mateculously making sure the door fit perfectly, he then installed the door knob with precision. 6. Mr. Perez cleaned up the work area after the install was finished. 7. I plan to have him come back to work on another interior door in the near future. 8. He did a excellent job installing our new interior door. I would recommend Mr. Perez to a friend. It is nice to know I have a carpenter now for future projects. 9. Thank you Mr. Perez for a excellent job and being listed on Home Advisor."

"Very professional, nice people. A guy and a woman came to our house and replaced my 30 year old Ventahood over my gas stove. They put down tarps to protect the stove and counter. Our install was a bit more than they were told by Setzer Appliance, but they didn't charge me more. They're coming back to address the exhaust port on the side of the house. They know what they're doing, they're nice, professional people"
