This was a historic home and they were very respectful in maintaining its historic nature. John was very good and timely in communicating issues they found…needed new wood, etc. Cleanup was excellent and the new roof looks great."

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

The lower price and high quality that I got from them and excellent customer service made me grade them A overall. I had no complaints whatsoever. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Agent Rolando was really available and proactive about communicating, it exceeded my expectations. The company did the job. They were on time. I have no complaints. Their products, the A/C and heater have worked better than even our brand new unit when we bought the house."

"It was excellent, it was fine work. Essentially they guttered my house and installed two underground drains. I have some drainage issues, some of the spots are not good.  So, I During the hurricane, we got about 14-15 inches of rain in a very short time. I had no backup problems at all. the drains work perfectly the drains look good. There were some issues initially because of the changes I made. We had to reschedule their trips a couple of times. They were very flexible and accommodating. They probably made at least one extra trip out here for my request and I ended up getting it for the original price. So, I'd say that was a good deal. they were really clean no sharp objects left around. I have dogs, so, I'm very sensitive to sharp objects those type of things, but they were neat and clean."
