"This install went well until I needed a switch, so the owner of abstract went out to buy one so I could get my camera working. They did an excellent job installing. They were very punctual when showing up for work. I would definitely use them again."

"We were very impressed with the work that Mr. Joel Shaw (owner of Every Man Home Entertainment) did for us this week. Our project was extensive, requiring three long days of work by Mr. Shaw (and more limited assistance from his helper and a network engineer). Mr. Shaw installed three wall-mounted TVs, including doing all of the rewiring required to install two of them in new locations which were not previously wired for TV. He also added a sound bar to one of our TVs. He installed a new audio system, including 4 in-wall controllers and a hub inside, and three new outdoor speakers that he connected to our Sonos amp. He also set up an enterprise grade wifi system for us. Mr. Shaw was pleasant, personable, and professional. He went out of his way to save us money on the job. His initial estimate was in line with the final price, without any surprises. He persistently and diligently worked through problems that arose without becoming flustered or upset -- just continuing to figure out workarounds and solutions to make things work the best possible way for us. He consulted us every step of the way to make sure that we were happy with the final product. He answered all of our questions and gave us the information that we needed to make informed decisions about the project. We are anticipating that we will have more work for Mr. Shaw to do in the future and will not hesitate to use him again."

"Craig did a great job for me and my family. He was punctual, helpful, and communication was excellent. The job had to be broken into several pieces due to my schedule, his schedule, and outdoor conditions. He and his primary assistant were responsive to our needs and flexible in their approach. Craig provided great value, and I appreciate that he focused on informing me clearly of what needed to be done, differentiating between what was necessary and those portions that were recommendations. His estimate was very fair, and accurate. Craig was open to showing me what he found in the course of his safety inspection (either in person or through photos) and patiently answered my many questions about his recommendations. I have recommended Staples Electric to my neighbors, and will call on Staples Electric again in the future."

"Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."
