"Bell Appliance inspected the washer and dryer and determined what parts were needed to repair both machines. They left and said they would be back to install the new parts. They never showed up to do the actual repair and never contacted me with a status update. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company about not receiving the agreed to services."

"I hired Houston & Son Appliances & HVAC Services to repair the refrigerator and ice maker. He did a fantastic job fixing my ice maker. He was professional, honest about the repair costs, and cleaned up afterward. The repair was done efficiently. Would definitely use his company again."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"All items identified in the initial walk-though addressed. Took almost a full day as expected, new LEDs made a huge difference. While a bit more expensive than some outfits, I continue to use Staples Electric given the quality of the work. A very successful day, upgrade long overdue."
