They did a great job removing the broken, rotting deck and replaced it with a custom-built set of steps that fit the space perfectly. They even accommodated wider treads for added safety, which made a real difference. "We met with Justin and I was very impressed with his professionalism. He said he had done several projects exactly like ours and it seemed easy and we should be able to complete in 8-10 weeks. I have never dealt with a contractor before, but I still knew I should double that estimated time and that was still ok at the time. We met in May of 2023. The project went well for a while. We started in May 2023 and the big stuff got finished in a decent amount of time, but not within the proposed time. Finally, 5 months in to the project, Justin apparently decided he was over it. All communication stopped. There was quite a bit still to do, but I guess he was over it, so we moved on and decided to finish ourselves. I never had a problem as long as there was communication, but Justin is awful at letting people know what is going on with there project. At least he was with mine. He promised things that never happened and never let us know why. I came away with a mostly remodeled basement and some work to do to finish myself, but mostly I am disappointed that Justin/ Legacy could not just do what they said they would or at least tell us why."

"Jeff and his crew were great. They crew seemed to know exactly what to do and and each individual seemed knowledgeable. Jeff is very skilled and has the ability to see each individual situation and have solutions instantly. The crew installed some surface drains to catch my uphill neighbors drainage and he placed them perfectly to collect the water. They also improved grading around the perimeter of the home. They then excavated a large area of the backyard and poured a stamped concrete patio that also strategically carries water away from the home. They did a great job protecting the yard while using machines to carry dirt, gravel, and concrete and cleaned up after themselves. Great job communicating and helping us figure out what we wanted/needed. The best part is it was even cheaper than his original bid which I was totally happy to pay. We thought it would be much more. We are lucky to have found these guys."
