"While Dave was great communicating when onsite, we didn't hear about the delay in start (which affected other contractor start dates we already lined up) until we reached out to him to confirm. When they began framing, the frame was too short and not where our old patio had ended. Dave gladly moved it out, but told us that this is not where our old patio ended (which it was because we took before photos and measured). The lesson here is to always review the work as they are going, as if we didn't say anything, our patio would have been too short and our deck box would not have fit under the window where it was before. I will preface the rest of this feedback by saying that I'm a firm believer in leaving someone home the way you find it and that I'm a detail-oriented person by nature. I was disappointed at how ruined our grass was afterwords. At the beginning, they told us they would lay down boards so the impact on the grass from driving on it would be minimal, however, when they left, it looked like there were never even boards laid down and we now need to invest the money to fix the lawn on the entire side of our house. I was also disappointed in the border coloring. The woman was not friendly when I went out to confirm everything with her and it ended up very sloppy (drip marks in spots, pools of color in other spots). The coloring on the side of the stairs is also very sloppy and not even. Lastly, they drilled into our siding to brace the stair frame and never even told us. While I understand that it might have been necessary, it would have been great for them to tell us about it or caulk back up the holes when they were done. For this kind of money, I think the small details matter as much as the big ones and I was not impressed from that standpoint."

"Called Accurate based on a recommendation from a friend. Brian came out to check out out situation. He was thorough in explaining what was happening. We haven't officially hired them yet, but I was very pleased with how he helped me understand what was happening. January 2020: Accurate is absolutely fantastic. Multiple people from the renovation company have complemented how well the finish product. The flooring company installing our floor said this was the best concrete work they have seen from a drain tile job. I cannot recommend them enough."

"They worked hard, diligently, and professionally. Just shy of a full week. I paid 50% when 50% of the work was done, then 100% when.... They cleaned up, backfilled, seeded, and covered with straw when done. They used my neighbors property to access mine. They also cleaned up and fixed the grass damage on the neighbors property as well. Super well done, these guys know what they are doing."

"Excellent! BSI gave us three options for repair, all reasonably priced for the work that was to be performed. We selected the option that we felt would be the longest lasting in the long run. Although delayed a couple of days due to a flu bug that hit the crew and then weather, the work was completed in 2 days, exactly as they said it would be. The work was done very professionally and they cleaned up the site very well. All of the crew members were professional, courteous and hard working. We would highly recommend BSI!"

"Did not see removal work or new base being done but the result looked very good. Weather prevented the asphalt being completed as planned. On the rescheduled date a crew of about 10 people showed up. Very professional and respectful of our property. The new driveway is excellent."

"<p>We selected Holton Bros. because they had a great reputation for the work they do.  They were definitely not the cheapest but they are the company we had the most trust in doing the job right.  We wanted to trust the contractor would do the job right and we did not want to ever have to deal with this issue again so we were willing to pay more for Holton Bros. craftsmanship.  Matt provided us with an estimate and explained everything they would do and that there were some unknowns that would need to be tackled after demolition of the old porch.  <br /> <br /> </p> <p>The guys showed up and really got after it.  They removed the old sinking cement and removed the old brick façade. Reinforced the porch area with rebar so it would not sink in the future and poured the new porch.  They put up a gorgeous new brick that all the neighbors have commented on and then poured a new cement walkway to replace an old sinking brick walk.</p> <p>The Holton Bros. crew (headed by Darwin) was very professional and really did exquisite work.  The actual invoice came in right around the estimate Matt put together despite the fact we picked out a much more expensive brick than we were replacing.  Holton Bros. did not require any money down upfront.  They sent us an invoice after all work was completed.</p> <p>We would definitely recommend Holton Bros. to neighbors, friends and family.  They do great work at a very fair price and we trusted them throughout the entire process (which is priceless) to correct the shoddy work done by the original builder.</p> <p>Big thanks to Matt L., Darwin and all the other Holton Bros. crew members that pitched in to repair our home!<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"
