I had my basement waterproofed and Alex, Augie, Damon, Ty were wonderful and very accommodating to my needs. My basement is my place of business. It is now dry with the help of my new sump pump, and my Sedona keeps my humidity in check. I also had my bowing wall anchored. It was a source of anxiety to my home and business. Jonathan H and Kevin came in and anchored the wall and put covers over the anchors. They did a super job, the wall looks great, and we feel safe! All "my" men were wonderful! They were efficient, thoughtful, helpful, kind and considerate of me and my business. I would recommend them and the company to my family and friends."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "He brought a helper with him and I got charged for two plumbers. I thought I would be told this before they started the work. At one point the boss left for an hour. We still got charged for two people for that hour. My son was having problems with the drain and we had him run the snake down the drain and he charged us a full $85 and he was already at my sons house doing other things, which I thought was a little unfair. I just thought he would have let me know there was another plumber with him and it was going to cost. It was 3 hours times 2 plumbers. There was no introduction or estimate of what it might cost."
