"I worked directly with the owner Wayne Winn on the concept and the estimate. He was very respectful of me and took me seriously as a female homeowner making all the decisions. "It went well. Bob was the most reasonable out of all of the bids that I received, he also allowed us to purchase a lot of the materials ourselves, which ended up saving us money with rebates. He also thought to rent a port-a-john as we were going to be without our only bathroom for at least 2 weeks, which turned out to be an absolute necessity. Once the project was started, Bob was really good about calling me either every day or every other day to keep me in the loop on where they were at project wise. His team was good about cleaning up after themselves and was always professional. <br /> When I say gutted our bathroom, I mean that literally - it was tore out down to the studs with all new drywall, tub/shower surround, flooring, vanity and cabinets. The bathroom is amazing - showroom beautiful for sure. <br /> Bob was great about advising me on different things that he could do that would assist with the improvements - such as using the remaining tile in our little laundry area rather than the vinyl - he thought this would create a more stable environment, especially because with the age of our home, being level just wasn't something that came easy. <br /> I did have Bob come back after the work was complete for just a couple of minor issues, such as a tightening of a faucet and a minor vinyl correction, that he took care of immediately. "When first contacted for a bid on the work, Done Done Services was prompt in providing the estimate. Initially my elderly Mother-in-Law did not want to deal with moving out furniture and elected to do the minimum necessary to repair the damage. Once the work began, however, it was evident that more work needed to be done to correctly repair the damage. Pat Freilinger, the owner, and the assigned workman, Chris, convinced my Mother-in-Law that they should do what was necessary to do the job right. In the end Chris did a fantastic job removing wall paper in the entire room, repairing plaster, sealing cracks, and painting the room. The work was done on a timely basis and the end result was fantastic. Both Chris and Pat kept us informed of the progress and Chris helped my Mother-in-Law put the room back together when all of the work was finished. I would not hesitate to recommend Done Done Services for similar work."

Gary demonstrated a high level of reliability-I was comfortable leaving him with the project well in hand while I didn't miss work.  The project was started a little late in the season and they were very accommodating to get it done before the cold set in. In fact it was a bitter cold and icy when I asked him to do the shutters.  The shutter installation was added when I realized I would need a 30 ft ladder and couldn't do it myself. The amount he charged was so much less- it was more of a favor! <br /> The results were astonishing. It turned out I did not have as much framing damage as I feared.  I would recommend Gary to friends, neighbors, and even my own daughter. <br /> This review is long overdue.
