In the end I did decide to replace The whole AC and Heating Unit for peace of mind through no press from him. He has a additional one year warranty on labor only if needed. He was here on a Thursday and started the job on Friday then finished on Saturday. He moved his schedule around to accommodate me so I wouldnâ t be without AC. He was dependable and on time. I know I can call him for my future AC issues if any."

So that was a shock; and of course it was during the hottest part of summer in south Louisiana with a heat index of 107* The initial technician that was dispatched (Luke) was open and honest with us about the condition of the system from the very start. After discussing all of our options with him, we decided to replace the entire system (super scary concept for a 1st time homeowner that hasn't even fully unpacked the moving boxes). Mr. Teddy Swan (the design consultant) came out within 30 minutes and spent hours with me discussing our unique situation and designing a system that fit our needs and our budget. He went through our house with a fine tooth comb and walked me through his thought process every step of the way. He explained the good and the bad. We talked about what our budget was, and from there he drew up multiple design plans and levels of service for us to chose from. And then he did everything in his power to make sure we got the financing we needed for the job. Two days later and we sit in our home in comfort. None of this would have been possible without Teddy and the guys behind the scenes at Accutemp. The cost was more than I expected, not going to lie. And I know we could have found another company to do it cheaper (you can always find a cheaper guy) but with inflation being what it is and with the quality of service we were provided, I understand the cost. I now have complete peace of mind over the next 10 years because of their "not a dime" warranty and that alone is worth the cost to me. Thankfully Accutemp offers great financing so we were able to get the entire job accomplished for a very affordable monthly note. The installation team (Jhon, Jimmy and the rest of their team) gave 100% for the entire 12+ hours they were here installing our new system and got it all done in one day. I am beyond happy with the quality of service we received and look forward to the next 10 years of continued service."

"I received a call back from Doneright HVAC within 5 minutes of posting on Home Advisor. Garret arrived to my home in 30 minutes with his technician (as promised.) They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was thorough in trying to pinpoint the exact problem and offer the most cost effective solutions, while still informing me of the inevitable need to replace my 12 year old, failing system. He even identified a faulty outlet in my attic where the units heavy plug had been attached for over a decade, and had caused some type of electrical failure resulting in Black scorch marks on both the outlet and the plug which could very possibly have turned into a house fire had it not been identified. He immediately jumped in his car and drove all the way to Home Depot to go get The necessary materials to change the plug\ outlet to a breaker protected switch, and rewired it to prevent further danger, and hardly charge me a thing for it! To sum it up; I would recommend Doneright HVAC to anyone needing HVAC service of any kind and will be keeping them as my permanent HVAC professionals! Thanks for everything guys!"

He found broken wire between thermostat and circuit board and had it diagnosed and fixed in less than twenty minutes charged me ten extra dollars over service call for a total of 90.00 Pretty satisfied with him will give him my business most likely in future"
