"A very good experience even when we ran into some problems. Showroom is nothing to get excited about, but we selected our stone and got a competitive estimate. Nice folks who asked lots of good questions to make sure we were making the right decisions. They followed up after the install to take care of 2 or 3 minor dents and dings, and some excess glue. The reason they were not an A overall was the fact they messed up on one of the corners in fabrication. While they agreed to fix it after the install, my wife and I simply could not tolerate the mess that would be made grinding down the corner. They should have caught this in the shop. By the way, I have already used them a second time, so I felt pretty good about the experience. I would use them again and have recommended them."

"Halpins did an excellent job for us.  We just showed up at the showroom one day to look at carpet and ceramic tile.  The sales staff was professional, knowledgeable and didn't apply pressure.  We took samples home to look at a couple of different times and finally made our selections.  Again, there was no pressure from Halpins to make a hasty decision.  The installers were very good and respectful of our time and valuables.  The install process went very smooth and after three months, we are so pleased that we did this and chose Halpins.  We would certainly use them again in the future. <br />"

"Where do we begin. Our builder recommended Performance Tile and Marble and gave us an allowance to work with. From A to Z, everything was simply perfect. As anyone who has had to pick out tile knows, it can be overwhelming. Gina and Cherie were a blessing to work with and we actually ended up going with some selections they picked, after they knew what our granite and wall colors were going to be. You can tell after just a few minutes of being there that everyone takes pride in their work and boy, does it show. Not just in everyone's knowledge but the craftsmanship is second to none. The work was done on time, under budget (which allowed us to upgrade the backsplash) and everyone who has come to visit has had nothing but compliments. Will be recommending them to everyone we know !!! <br />"

"The quality of the solid and Engineered wood is very high. Compared to previous product I experienced from other suppliers their finish is harder and less chances of being scratched. Each box of the Solid wood always has two 7' long planks. This give you enough long planks to be used in special situation like establishing the reference start line while installing. Mill work is good, so installation went smoothly. The problem I don't like is that they charged me two different shipments because the solid and the Engineered wood comes from different parts in the US."

"The product was beautiful but here is the thing that I did not like, I did the wood work. The oval for the sink I think was not oval enough and it wasn’t perfect and it was tilted. On the instillation, when they put the splash up, they used a silicone and they soothe the silicone out and it got into the pores of the sand stones and it changed the color slightly. So if I would do business with them? I would but I would be very careful to point out that I want it done this way and if you can’t do it this way don’t tell me you can."

"I first contacted Ricon to get an estimate on granite installation and to find out if they would accept granite slabs from a dealer not in this area since a family member could get a large discount through that company.  Jason was quick to respond after my initial voicemail with an estimate and other very useful information.  My husband & I actually decided to take Jason's advice and select slabs from a local provider.  However, when the slab yard and I both sent emails to Ricon to let them know we placed the slabs on hold, we got no response from Ricon.  I also left a voicemail regarding the slabs on hold and wanting to set up dates for measuring the counters and installation, but still heard nothing back.  We ended up going with another fabricator who did a wonderful job, but I'm still surprised after my initial interaction with Ricon to never have had any further response.  While they do seem to get excellent reviews, I would still be hesitant to use them for future projects. <br />"
