"Appliance Guardian came to our aid when we needed them most. We had a late night weekend emergency and Appliance Guardian showed up and assessed our situation and made the repairs to our refrigerator. The repair cost was extremely reasonable and the customer service was outstanding! We will definitely use their services again and we highly recommend them to others!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I had a water leak on a water heater still under warranty - under 4 years - so I called Gladhill who installed the water heater. They came out to replace the water heater and I asked the man when he arrived if all of this is under warranty and he said yes so when to my surprise I received a bill for $500.00 for parts and labor. If the heater was disconnected the correct way they could have used the same parts, but they used all new. As far as I am concerned this is a very underhanded way to treat customers. So I say beware of Gladhill plumbing."

"This was the first company to call me back and they were able to come out the same day. Frances was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to triage my concerns and make recommendations on how to proceed. He ordered the parts and came back out to do the repair/installs. The total project took a few days due to ordering the parts and needing different equipment but everything was done within the week. I feel that the price was reasonable and there were no hidden fees or charges. I will definitely use them again for all my appliance needs!"
