"For the first time in years my basement is totally dry after a rainstorm! What a relief! After hearing horror stories about digging up foundations and incredibly expensive repairs, I finally got it done. It turned out to be simple and at $500. affordable. The guy came and injected the crack with a (urethane?) foam. It oozed out and sealed everything up. The guy was neat and tidy and finished it up really well. If I painted it you'd never know there was a crack. Thanks Guys! I am super pleased!"

"Very prompt and gave detailed information about work that was going to be performed. A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They did a good job but I think someone should follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and all of the work was performed correctly."

"I called for a failed well pump on Tuesday 14 May at our cottage at approximately 10 AM . <br /> The same day they came out and assessed the situation removed the pump motor for repair before 4 PM. <br /> The next evening I went back to check on progress and the project was completed with the water to the cottage turned on and everything completed. <br /> They have been our supplier for many years and their strong service and rapid response keeps us coming back. <br /> This response and service when I did not have the numbers off the motor for them far exceeded my expectations and response time. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"My service tech, Jordan Foy, called promptly in the morning and arrived right on schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job installing my sump pump and the underground line. He made sure I approved of what he was going to do each step of the way. He was also very nice to my golden retriever puppy who wanted to be his assistant. I will be using Ayers Basement Systems again for additional work on my basement next spring."
