"Charlie with complete septic was an absolute life saver for us! When our toilets started gurgling just a few days before our wedding, and the problem turned out to be with the septic system, Charlie came out the same day we called him to dig it up and investigate. The tank was overfull and not draining properly. Charlie came out as soon as he could get his truck and pumped our tank, and then referred us to a good drain field repair tech. We were under a lot of stress that weekend and didn't have a lot of time, so Charlie made sure to let us know he'd come and pump even if we were busy, and we could pay him later. He took great care of us, and we'll absolutely use complete septic again."

"We had Advance perform an annual inspection and maintenance on our A/C unit. They did a good job cleaning and servicing the unit. What really got them an A-grade however is that while they were at our house to service our main unit for the upstairs, we mentioned that our other A/C unit, which supplies the downstairs, hadn't been working for awhile. They took it upon themselves, free of charge, to look at the other unit and they were able to get it going again. They even went as far as servicing the other unit. Again, without charging us an additional charge."

"They set the appointment, showed up on time, made the repairs in a totally satisfactory manner.

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"A week before my appointment, I contacted Eric just to be sure he didn't forget about me. He said he'd be here at 8am sharp on the 9th. He actually arrived about 7:20. At the end of each day, he'd tell me what time they'd be back the next morning. They were always a little early. Eric and Keith worked hard all day every day. I never saw them even take a break. They put down drop cloths and were very careful with everything in my house. The fiberglass tub/shower unit is now gone and they did an awesome job with the tiled in shower. Everything in my new bathroom is perfect... including the paint job! Next time I need something done I won't call anyone else."

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.
