"They quoted this as a 2-week job. It took over 100 days. They ghosted us for weeks. They were messy, leaving trash and nails in the yard. They ordered the wrong door, and they painted it the wrong color and got paint all over the hardware. They installed a window incorrectly and tried to hide it with spray foam. They didn't overlap or tape the house wrapping. They did not remove the soffit before installing the vented panels. We asked them to fix this, and the owner said no. They damaged the porch. They ordered the wrong size light box and insisted that they were right. The owner called me "nitpicky" for asking them to remove a glob of caulk from the window and mocked me for asking questions.
