We are Carly & Seven and have been in the property management and maintenance business for 15 years. HVAC certified. We are licensed and insured. Our main service is pressure washing. We originally started the business to serve churches and commercial accounts but we like spreading the word and helping all people. "First day of my vacation and there was no heat!  I didn't tell them it was my birthday, and so far it was miserable.  But I called and asked if someone could come out and find out what was wrong with my HVAC system.  I called the company that installed it, and they wanted an exorbitant up front price.  Hood's only wanted a fair, nominal fee to diagnose the problem, which I was so thankful for.  I live in Oak Ridge and was starting to think nobody would come.  They sent Chris out the same day, and without complaint he stayed as long as it takes to figure out everything he would need to do to get us up and running.  I have an older system and I expected a sales pitch.  Didn't get one.  I got straight up workmanship.  Chris was honest and knew what he was doing.
I told them I could give them the money to fix the unit on Friday.  So Friday, Chris came back out, with the new part I was missing (blower motor) and took care of the job.  
He didn't do anything that might make the visit more expensive.  He did everything he could to be considerate of the expense, and he was extremely polite the entire time.  When he was done, I spoke to Mary on the phone who always sounds like she's so very happy.
I was impressed by their professionalism.  They went above and beyond what is required in their work and I will never consider using anyone else until I've asked Hood's for other jobs I will have around my property.
