"I had an emergency service on a Saturday afternoon. I was cleaning windows and one of the slider windows became misaligned, which I hadn't noticed,and when I went to close the window it came completely off the track. It was a rather heavy window for me so I couldn't lift it up to reinstall. He came out shortly and quickly took care of the window, and while he was there helped me hang a large picture over the fireplace that couldn't be reinstalled until the paint dried.
