Explained in layman’s terms what would take to accomplish all necessary repair work. We agreed to scope and cost and set date. "I called on March 2nd about 6:30 in the evening for an emergency call to reset the garage door because a roller had come off. The guy arrived about 9:50 p.m.  It took him less than 30 minutes which was great.  He told me they needed to come back to complete the job to replace all the rollers and we agreed that Saturday was best and he would let the dispatcher know.  No one contacted me for that Saturday appointment.  I waited a few days and then forgot about it because I was going out of town.  When I got back in town a week later, I called and was given an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on the 17th.  The person setting the appointment told me it was a firm appointment time.   Due to my work schedule, I had a friend come over to my house to give the repairman access to the garage. The repairman didn't show up until NOON.  I called to complain to a manager at the company but was put on hold for so long that I hung up.  I never spoke to a manager.  The cost for this job was $400 which I paid the night of the emergency repair.  I paid by check.  Had I known what the service would be like, I would have paid by credit card so I could contest the charge and the service.  I will not be using this company again.  The work product is good but the punctuality and professionalism for the price speaks volumes. Hence, the poor marks."

So James recommended us a new door opener and had it swapped out within 2 hrs. I definitely recommend him for your garage door repairs and services."

"The crew was unprofessional. They were messy, played loud music. They tripped my exterior outlet and so had to use one of the interior ones. They would step in to charge their phones. I absolutely didn't like it. Also, they gave me quote on fixing my door jams and then their carpenter gave me a completely different story. The paint job was left incomplete and then I had to call the office and complain for them to finish the whole job on a Saturday. The brushes were washed in my yard and they left a big paint mess. I noticed paint also my roof and had to ask them to clean it up. Over all, a poor job."
