"I called Arise Enterprises based on Angie’s list reviews and I was not disappointed!  Our 34 year old house needed a new breaker box, reworking of some wiring for our pool, several new outlets and some repairs of existing outlets.   Over the course of years with many different people reworking wiring for various projects, it was clear that some things were wired incorrectly.  We just rebuilt our outside decks using another company from Angie’s List that correctly identified the issues.  When Jim came, he told me that my breaker box was actually safe and did not need to be replaced although if we sold the house it would need to be upgraded!  I so appreciated his honesty but decided to go ahead with it.  I also had wires to the outside deck that needed to be replaced with underground conduit for lighting and outlets at the pool as well as some wiring issues for the pool lights. (Note: I just had electricians here 3 weeks ago to correct wiring to the pool lights and it was still wrong!   Lesson learned!)  Jim and his helpers, Justin and Justin were amazing.  They were the first electricians I have ever had that clearly were competent and knew what they were doing.  They installed an outlet to my garage door opener which had been plugged into an adapter in the light socket and repaired an outlet on the workbench that was falling behind the pegboard.  They dug a trench for the new conduit and installed a new ground rod which had literally dissolved from corrosion! Two outlets were installed at the pool deck and another was replaced on the other deck.  Several wiring issues were addressed, and an old box by the pool equipment was removed.  They also replaced 2 outlets in the master bath which were so old that plugs actually fell out at times!  Jim and “Justins” were professional, very pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time!!   I will never call anyone else for electrical work!  Thank you, Jim, thank you, Justin and thank you, Justin!  Y’all are awesome!"

"After calling several companies who were not interested in servicing a GTO opener I tried Sigma.  Alex was extremely sympathetic, helpful, thorough and professional from the moment he picked up the phone the first time to when he wrote me a detailed close-out email explaining the work that had been done and what we needed to do to keep the newly installed LA-400 gate opener operating well for years to come.  Although he too didn't like working on GTOs, he suggested we first try to fix the unit to save money.  While I was disappointed this wasn't possible, I knew it had nothing to do with Sigma and everything to do with the lack of GTO service support in our area.  Alex provided a discount on the call-out / troubleshooting work they did on the GTO unit and applied it to the already competitive cost of the new Liftmaster LA-400 which also includes a 3 year parts / labor warranty which gives me piece of mind while the house is being rented out during our overseas assignment.  I have never come across someone in the skilled trade business with Alex's honesty, desire to please, patience and thoroughness.  He spent considerable time writing me several long emails to keep me informed on the troubleshooting, tell me my options for repair and replacement, and keep me posted on the progress of the work.  All this was done within one week under time pressure before the tenants moved in and the ultimate results were fantastic.  I would highly recommend Sigma to anyone.
