It started as a one floor install and quickly turned to a 3 floor install. Paolo’s crew worked quickly and efficiently. With a little extra time they were able to rehab my carpet covered stairs. They recommended the white paint as well. It looks like floating stairs. Everything I didn’t know I wanted because I did not know it was an option. I’m glad I chose Patricio Enterprises. I also had a busted pipe leak to the basement. One call to Patricio Enterprises and 2 days later it was done and taken care of. Looks amazing!! We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."
