"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Replace exterior window molding, repair and replace exterior soffit. Fantastic people to work with."

"They found rotting planks and replaced them. Found I needed a chimney cricket and made one of those. Water was getting in and rotting wood on my chimney. Emanuel, Zac, Omar, Allen and AJ have become family in the short time we had together. Oh, and the roof is super!!"

"After a few delays because of rain they came they completed the job within two and a half hours cleaned everything up actually did some extra reinforcement on my porch at no extra charge highly recommend"

"I entered my project into Home Advisor on Tuesday and on Friday it was done. Bill from Sky City contacted us right away. He explained the options we had for fixing or replacing our siding. He gave us a fair price for the work. I am so pleased with the results! He was fast, reasonable and did a great job! I will definitely be contacting him again!"

"Paul Riccio is, hands down, the most trustworthy and professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. Paul remodeled my basement after a flood and water mitigation had to be done. My basement was completely destroyed. Paul not just restored it, he transformed it. I lived alone and had to work, giving Paul access to my home while I wasn’t present. He was respectful of my home, treating it as his own. When I got home, work was always done and the work space was clean. He showed up when he said he would and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Paul Riccio is a contractor who takes pride in his work and puts great value on his personal and professional reputation. I can do no less than give Mr. Riccio my complete and wholehearted endorsement. He’ll be my go-to guy should I ever need anything done in my home again. Hire Paul Riccio for any home project, large or small. You won’t be disappointed."

"United Brothers Construction LLC has been a great experience to work with! We had a tree fall on top of our roof during the wind storm in the fall of 2024. It damaged my roof and sidings. As a 1st time homeowner this was not the experience I wanted! I was nervous to trust someone to do the work but I have to say that from day 1, meeting them, Klever and his family (yes! his young son was there as well) it was a trusting vibe! I am so glad I did! They have always been in constant communication with me about everything! They did an amazing job! I love how my house turned out! I needed them again for a water damage in my bathroom to the garage underneath. The damage was so severe but without hesitation they reassured me that they would make sure everything was inspected and assessed. The outcome was an amazing transformation! I have a beautiful bathroom! Thank you to Klever and his team at United Brothers Construction, LLC! Gracias! Brothers Construction, LLC!"
