Straight Forward pricing- We thoroughly inspect the property in order to include all work necessary in the base price. No surprises. 5. 100% satisfaction- We do not stop until you are happy. Period. We spend as much time as you need to understand the condition of your roof, and the actions necessary to correct the problem.

I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
