"This review is long overdue in my praise of Washington Energy Services for their customer service, pricing and workmanship ! My first interaction was in 1999 when they installed windows throughout my house. They are still in excellent condition. I might note I called them over 20 years later to inquire on how I could repair a broken slider and they sent someone right out, charging a very nominal amount to repair it. In 2020, I needed to replace my hot water tank, and the extremely knowledgeable Christy presented several options, answering my many questions. I settled on one with a booster that seemed to best fit my needs. Finally, in December 2023, I purchased a new gas furnace from WES. I had a minor issue with a fan switch and they responded quickly to rectify the situation. Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner. I refer all my friends and family and I won't go anywhere else for services that they offer. Many thanks to the staff I have interacted with over the past 25 years!"

"We talked about getting central air installed in our home and I am familiar with Brennan because they were used by an acquaintance of ours. Their staff and service are amazing. From the first appointment to give an estimate to the follow up after installation was completed. On top of that, we were able to take advantage of an offer to get a shop card (20 % of equipment) from Costco, a win win for us. If you are ever thinking of it, give them a call."

"Very are happy to give a review for skyline builders. Early this year we had water damage from an upstairs bathroom. We first called a restoration company to clean up the mess, spray for mold and warm dry for 4 days. We found Skyline Builders on Angi. We had to chose to replace pretty much everything. Tub, toilet, plumbing, vanity, mirror, lights, fan, floor, sheetrock, hardie board, electrical outlets, subfloor and paint. Tony from Skyline who was our go to on the project recommended a stronger fan as the tunnel for the skylight had condensation damage. In the kitchen below sheetrock and electrical outlets and range hood were replaced. Walls and ceiling were repainted. Before they finished the first 2 rooms we decided to remodel the downstairs powder room and it will be finished today. Tony was wonderful to work with. We were living in the house and could see the progress. Almost every day he was at our house always available by phone. Both Tony and Cher were very helpful in choosing materials helping to get product ready and on time. Our thanks to both. The work crew was outstanding and very businesslike. They kept the worksite clean and hauled away waste on a regular basis. We give 5 Stars to Skyline Builders for their work on our project"

"It was way too expensive for the work that was performed. They originally said that the pipes leading up to the faucet may need to be replaced and the wall opened up. Previously before engaging them. I asked for a possible quote for how much it would cost and they told me that it was up to the technician. When they came out to do the work that they would determine the amount. I asked the technician how much it would and he told me that it was up to the company to decide for how much the work would cost. When I contacted the company they told me again that it would be up to the technician to determine the how much it would cost by checking the amount of work. I could not get an answer from both of them because they would just keep passing each other on who to ask for the quote. After the project was completed, I was given the bill of about $750+ to replace the faucet, to replace the hoses and the two knobs roughly $350+ each. When I called the company about the price, I was transferred to the dispatchers and was told that I need to talk to the technician for it."

"Nate allowed me to order my bathtub myself, which was nice. Lowe's failing to deliver when promised, was not. This delayed the start, and although it did take longer than I expected, everything came out great. They did not charge me extra after the water damage was exposed, which was a relief. One of the other estimates I got from a general contractor was for 3x as much, AND they planned to add on after the wall was opened. The bathroom specialists wanted 150% of what we paid, and I think we ended up with better results."
