"My experience with D&D was 5 stars all around. He was knowledgable, patient and gave me a price that was better than competitors. He finished the entire job of installing security cameras in a reasonable time and did really detailed work. All wires were hidden and cameras were installed neatly. I will use D&D again for my future security needs."

"ADT was highly recommended by my Neighbor who used ADT and for residential surveillance security cameras a few years back and is still a very happy client. Before meeting with Mike, I met with several companies and also for residential surveillance cameras. Compared the many quotes, I find Mike's pricing was very reasonable. The quote that I received was very reasonable. Mike and his team were supper professional, provided a lot great ideas, on time and reliable. We finally just had our cameras installed and we love it. I highly recommend Mike from ADT for your next residential or commercial surveillance camera needs."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"Very responsive, professional. Explained use patiently and clearly. One problem with weak signal was addressed immediately as soon as we called them. Would use again, and recommend. Only concern is the monthly monitoring fee...seems a little high, but offset by low installation cost."

"It was a smooth and simple installation .  I had 3 doors and 15 windows which they sent me individual little connectors that go on each item.  I did all the numbering and data  for each unit and installed each one with minor corrections .  The phone call took a few minutes with minor

"Turned out good. Thank you. They came through, got what I needed, and I am all set. They didn't do any work for me. They were doing some surveillance work for me. Finding someone. It took them about three weeks to complete, but I am not sure when it started. They pricing was good. It took them a few days to get back to me. Yes, I would."

"Excellent service. Really impressed with the customer service. Step by step explanation of what the identified issue was and recommendations of the the way forward to conduct a repair. Equipment was return like new just in time for our party which was one of the highlight of our evening."

"THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THE ALARM SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED VERY NEAT AND IT LOOKED NICE. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAD WERE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY."

"The installation went well. They encountered a few setbacks but were able to solve them. The DVR was at a higher HDMI than my TV and they had to use a VGA cord which they did not have.
So we had to buy it ourselves and complete the hook up of our TV to the DVR (ourselves). However we were able to see the camera recordings online (computer) and via our ipod.
They cleaned up as they did the work which was good and they respected our home. They did not just use things without asking. They explained how to use the device.
I am still waiting for the new terms that specifies the warranty which was promised on 10.20.14. This should be listed in the proposal that the works is guaranteed for 6 months and the equipment is for 1 yr with the manufacturer.
I've been waiting also for a proposal for another job. But I may need to look around. But for this project they did a good job."
